Forthcoming Disruption on Public Transport

During the coronavirus outbreak do not use public transport unless your journey is essential. If you do travel you must wear a face mask.

Due to the Covid-19 virus, the following service changes will be in place until further notice:

  • Waterloo & City line service,
  • No Night Tube or Night Overground service,
  • A reduced service is operating on all London Underground, London Overground, DLR, TfL Rail and London Trams.
  • Some stations will be closed. 

TfL says this information changes frequently. Check before you travel.

TFL RAIL

Sunday 23 May, until 0800

No service between Paddington and Ealing Broadway

Saturday 22 May, from 2215, and Sunday 23 May, from 0800

A reduced service operates between Paddington and Heathrow, and trains do not call at Acton Main Line, West Ealing and Hanwell.

Circle line engineering works

Saturday 29, Sunday 30 and Bank Holiday 31 May

No service between Edgware Road and Aldgate (via Victoria)

District line

Saturday 29, Sunday 30 and Monday 31 May

No service between West Ham / Edgware Road and Wimbledon / Kensington (Olympia) / Richmond / Ealing Broadway. Use London Overground between Gunnersbury and Richmond. Replacement buses operate.

Service DL1: Hammersmith (for Piccadilly line) - Ravenscourt Park - Stamford Brook - Turnham Green - Chiswick Park - Gunnersbury - Acton Town.

Service DL3: Turnham Green (for Piccadilly line) - Chiswick Park - Gunnersbury - Kew Gardens (Royal Botanic Gardens) - Richmond, operates early morning and late evening only

Service DL4: Hammersmith (for Piccadilly line) - Putney Bridge - East Putney - Southfields - Wimbledon Park - Wimbledon

Service DL5: Earls Court (for Piccadilly line) - West Brompton - Fulham Broadway - Parsons Green - Putney Bridge - Putney (South Western Railway) - Wimbledon.

Service DL6: Liverpool Street - Aldgate and Aldgate East - Whitechapel - Stepney Green - Mile End - Bow Road - Bromley-by-Bow - Canning Town (for Jubilee line and DLR connections to/from West Ham) - Barking.

Hammersmith and City Line

Saturday 29, Sunday 30 and Monday 31 May

No service on the whole line.

Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 June

The lines between Barnes and Feltham via Hounslow will be closed all weekend for maintenance work.

Saturday

London Waterloo to Weybridge via Hounslow services will be diverted between Barnes and Feltham via Richmond calling at all stations. Buses will run between Barnes and Feltham via Hounslow.

Sunday

London Waterloo to Woking via Hounslow services will be diverted between Barnes and Feltham via Richmond calling additionally at Richmond, Twickenham and Whitton. Buses will run between Barnes and Feltham via Hounslow.

The afternoon and evening London Waterloo to Kingston via Hounslow services will not run.
Buses will run between Barnes and Twickenham via Hounslow in the afternoon and evening only.

Hammersmith and City Line

Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 June

No service on the whole line.
